las Alsina
We worked on the brand's identity and global conceptualization through a synthesis process that respected its 25-year track record — gaining simplicity, modernity, and clarity.

Shops
We designed their shops —both exterior and interior— with the goal of ensuring consistent rollout across their franchise model. Each space was thought out to transmit the brand’s identity coherently.
Uniforms
We designed and made the staff uniforms as a natural extension of the brand. Each piece reinforces the visual identity and accompanies the customer experience from the very first contact.
Products
We built a web product catalog that respects the visual synthesis achieved through the brand process — while also enabling direct communication with each shop.

Identity Campaign / #asilohacemos
At las Alsina, hands have a life of their own. They don’t just create — they dream. They don’t just decorate — they feel. They’re hands that wake up early with excitement, that get stained with sweetness, that tremble with emotion when delivering something made with passion. Hands that think, that long, that celebrate. Hands with character and with history.
The proposal: We want them to speak for us. We want every post to show their strength, their fragility, their devotion. Because those hands are what keep this pastry shop alive, authentic, and deeply human.
Packaging
Packaging design for cake boxes and coffee bags — expanding the brand’s visual universe into pieces that are #recognizable and coherent, designed to keep its identity present at every touchpoint.
A sustained build
Our relationship with las Alsina spans years, and that also shows in these pieces. They are graphics developed across different stages of the work we’ve shared — showing how the identity grew, adapted, and gained consistency without losing its essence.
This project is one piece of a final outcome. On our blog we share the working process in more detail — the design decisions and the before-and-after of the brand.
