It starts from a simple, powerful gesture: a finger that suggests the click, but at the same time becomes humanized and turns into presence. That synthesis of action, closeness, and support let us build a clear, warm, accessible brand — capable of representing a foundation that guides people through a difficult moment.

Starting from the character born in the brand, we developed a system of illustrations that accompany the information on the website in a close, friendly way.

We designed Clic Social with a clear interface, precise microcopy and CTAs — turning a complex procedure into a simple, direct action. The first screen explains in a few lines what the tool does and how to start; the guided flow plus the mobile experience let you load data and generate the case instantly; we added a section of practical tips and a short video that walks through the process end to end.
